Biografia: Ferry Corsten (Productor)



Nacido y residente en Rotterdam, Ferry Costen es a sus 29 años uno de los dj's más prolíficos de la escena trance y electrónica en general. Empezó como productor en 1991, y desde entonces su carrera ha sido imparable.
Sus primeros temas eran algo underground (no hay que olvidar que Ferry empezó produciendo gabber), aunque pronto se decantó por el clubhouse y el trance. Su primer tema de éxito fue en 1996 Don’t be afraid bajo su alias Moonman, el mismo que más tarde emplearía, entre otras cosas, para remezclar el inolvidable Orange Theme de Cygnus X.
En 1997, Robert Smit y Ferry fundaron el sello Tsumani, junto con la firma holandesa Purple Eye. El éxito del sello fue brutal y rapidísimo, y Tsunami enseguida se convirtió en todo un sello de referencia para la escena, privilegio que aún hoy ostenta.
Out Of The Blue bajo su más conocido alias, System F, supuso su impulso definitivo al estrellato de la música de baile. Es una de las grandes obras maestras del año 1999 y por extensión de la historia del trance, pero no es la única producida por Ferry: Carte Blanche de Veracocha (junto a Vincent de Mooor), Gouryella (producida en colaboración con Tiësto) y sus secuelas Walhalla, Tenshi y Ligaya, y, cómo no su inigualable reinterpretación de William Orbit – Adagio For Strings.
A Ferry Corsten le han llovido los premios, no sin motivo, claro está. Fue premiado Productor del año en 1999 en los Ericsson Muzik Awards y con el Arpa de Plata en Holanda, por citar sólo algunos.
Su primer elepé, Out Of The Blue, con colaboraciones de Armin van Buuren y Marc Almond, deja tras de sí numerosos éxitos: el propio single Out Of The Blue, Cry, Soul On Soul y el tema del festival Dance Valley 2001. En el siguiente álbum, Together, hay auténticas joyas del trance como Solstice o Spaceman. Recientemente ha lanzado su nuevo álbum, esta vez bajo su propio nombre, que como adelanto nos trae ni más ni menos que Punk y Rock Your Body Rock.
Mientras disfrutaba del éxito de sus propias producciones, Ferry no ha descansado y se ha dedicado a remezclar. Entre las más importantes, por citas algunas, encontramos Oceanlab – Clear Blue Water, Kosheen – Catch You, Der Dritte Raum – Hale Bopp y Corderoy – Sweetest Dreams.
Ciertamente, Ferry Corsten, con todo su palmarés, aún parece que nos va a dar mucha más guerra. Gran pasado, estupendo presente y prometedor futuro. ¿Qué más se puede pedir?

ya te lo dije x otro post lo de los gestores... usa flashgot, es que sino les estoy dando a los denunciantes una facilidad tremenda =S x eso lo hago asi...

como me cabe en RS? la collectors account deja hasta 500gb... y mira q pa subir 500gb hay q subir eeee.... yo tngo subidos apenas 120 mas o menos...

Je je no le deis facilidades a los denunciantes me he bajado los 21 cds y son de una calidad y buen gusto impresionantes.
Yo no se si lo hago bien para descargarlos pero le doy al botón derecho copiar dirección del enlace y cuando realizo esto tengo el Flash Get que automaticamente se me dispara y lo tengo ya programado para mi cuenta premium de rapidshare por defecto le doy aceptar y se empieza a bajar asi uno tras otro, tal vez con el flasGot ese fuera mejor, aveces copio toda la pagina y si tengo el JDowloader abierto normalmente si hay algun link para descargar lo detecta y lo pone en una lista donde dice si esta disponible.

Bueno gracias a dthporro por poner música tan Guay, estando siempre pendiente de nuestras peticiones y re subiendo cuando puede, y su ordenador se lo permite, ya que aveces se le rebela je je.

jaja exacto! ultimamente se estuvo revelando mucho el pc... pero creo q ya esta... ya lo tengo todo bajo control
y si... lo bajas bn... cada uno tiene su manera, la que le parezca mas facil es la que esta mejor, yo uso flashgot xq me parece mas facil... igual es mas facil otra... ni idea... como estoy bn con esta... no me kejo
